I know how you feel. I have been way about that long also. I will be back in Pattaya in February. The difference as I see it, is I know I am going to get hustled for money but in Pattaya, I can have a much better time letting it happen. I can also stick to my being ripped off budget a lot better in Pattaya than Angeles. Another plus is when I feel that things are becoming too much in one section of bars I can start all over in another section of bars. Choices are very limited in Angeles. I got rid of my leach in the PI when she sent me the same sob story like it was for the first time in an email 3 days after I sent her some money. . It was only after I read the email for the 3rd time that I noticed my name had changed. Oops! I guess that is a job hazard for professional leaches, the need to make sure they use the right email address. Allen, whoever you are, lots of luck and be careful ! Another advantage of Thailand over the PI is that Xoom does not have any offices in LOS. Now, I have resolved to stay away from long term leases and just do short term rentals. No matter how you look at it, if you want it, you have to pay for it and the price is not always cash. Everyone have a great day
