    The BAAN Pub in Jomtiem will be holding a Halloween Party on the 31st to help raise funds for a local childrens shelter. (21 kids) The BAAN Pub is on Thappyra Road side of the Jomtiem Complex just before the ARCH that leads to the Beach.

    I have had some great steaks and chops at a beer bar in Jomteim called The Baan I think new people took this place over 3 months or so ago and introduced the food

    Lived here for 2 years..never experienced any water shortage, despite the thunders of doom from the Pattaya Mail, which has to be about the worst local paper ever! Prices, bought a bungalow on Mike Orchid Villas 2 year ago for 1.9 million. Same house now (next door actually) is on the market at 3.5 million. Same house and plot size on Mike Orchid Villas #2 is 4.1 million. You be the judge!

    An old GOGO bar on Soi Marine Plaza has recently openned up as the PARTY ZONE. Advertises Techno. House, HipHop etc. Never been so I don't know the setup
