Thanks, I don't know if it was your doing but I finally got a response from SMS2 from the several E-mails I sent them. I'm looking for a room in SEPT and later in NOV this year. I'll see what price they offer me and report. I also requested a room at Sandy Spring for NOV and was offered a Deluxe Seaview for 1700B which is a 100B increase over last year.

The 'Inn of the Golden Crab' on Soi 13 does monthly rentals for a simple 1 bedroom with a small Kitchenette

Soi 6,7 & 8 seem like better candidates for redevelopment than WS.
