  1. Got my last 90 day stamp the day before the visa expired.
  2. Went along today to get an extension to my non immigrant 90 day stamp & was told 7 days is the max they now give regardless of circumstances. I had a confirmed ticket departing 11 days after my stamp expired & was told to move my flight forward! So situation in Pattaya is same as Suan Plu - 7 days is what you get.
  3. Anybody tried to extend a non-immigrant B visa lately at Jomtien. Reading pages of stuff on Thai Visa Forum it seems many people are only getting 7 day extensions at Suan Plu for various types of visa. I am on my last 90 day stamp of a one year multi-entry, non-immigrant B visa & was hoping for at least a 15 day extension? Cheers. PS I did do a search & found nothing relevant.
  4. Nothing on that web site to indicate any relationship with AA Insurance of the UK. The About Us section is a joke as it tells you nothing about them but vague generalities "AA Insurance is run by a team of experts with many years experience in the insurance field, both here and abroad" Nothing about the insurance qualifications or industry experience - are any of the staff members of a professional insurance institute like the CII in the UK, if they genuinely have 'many years experience' why not show it? I see from the website they are connected to AA Condo which was run by the ex-mana
  5. Who are AA Insurance anyhow - anything to do with the UK AA?
  6. I know people complain about this issue being raised but it has still generated the most reponses to a Nightmarch article for a long long while.
  7. Dave, I wonder if the Captain's response is in the online edition of Pattaya Today as well as the print version. Had a quick check but couldn't find it: http://www.pattayatoday.net/ Cheers.
