IN Pattaya, or near, where is a good fitness center? Decent Universal machines/free weights/ cardio machines ... Looking for a place that is clean, decent a/c and yearly membership.

I will start working in the city of Chonburi this August. I want to budget my monthly rent around $400 a month- hoping for a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony. Are there any apartment complexes in the area that would have a good gym with pool also? (Every apartment complex I see on the internet is priced for the spendy tourist) Are there apartment complexes for the budget minded "expat" that is living in the area for more than a year?
