Dont expect that any arangments made in advance are honoured by the people comitting to do the work. They may be - but dont plan anything important around comited days. Home Pro and HomeWorks both cary the BLUE #M tape that is extreml good and does not suffer from leakage under the tape and comes off properly. You need to spell out exactly what surface preperation you expect and what order to do it in. ie clean the walls BEFORE you paint them (had thtat problem). Wash off mildew with haiter , then wash the wall BEFORE painting NOT after painting - yes had that problem too.
