    Sorry for late posting the photos. I was travelling..Thanks a lot to all your comments anyhow. The condition of my unit is considered new as i spent time there only 8 months (solo) or so, and later for a few days each time. Never rent it out. I think the selling point of this condo to me was the building is 50 meters away from the sea which is lately I understand no further construction is allowed to this close. Sorry if I am mistaken.
