Need to check insurance small print, assuming u have any that is, cos some companies do not cover items and cash stored in in-room safes-obviously cottoned on to the talc scam! or insurance claim scams!

Had roasts aplenty in Berts and never been dry and soggy pastry not present either in my experiences. Service from staff always excellent even when extremely busy. Sure you were'nt at old bar which now non existent? only way to explain complaints, by the way if complaint given during time there satisfactory outcome would be certain as Bert prides himself on running good establishment! and experience made more tolerable.

lord nelson opened 1st september. rooms not yet open but can be booked via queen vic through Bert. we stay at the queen vic every time we come out to Pattaya, rooms there are great cost around 600 to 800 baht per night
