Thanks Evil, really appreciated. By the way the salmon dish your friend had was on offer with a couple of sauce choices other than the Hollandaise. There was a lemon, cream and white wine sauce too, and I'm wondering if there might have been a mix up with your order? If so, please apologise to your dining partner on our behalf.

MLC - nope, we were making good money in high season last year, and weren't doing too badly earlier on considering we only opened Jan 2016. But a lifestyle choice was made, a merger with Retox, with the plan to take the pressure off the Bite Me kitchen (stupidly long hours) by launching other profit centres.
