you're in business to sell drinks, not barfines, and your goal should be to bring people in to drink... when you ask yourself whether you should have a declining barfine, ask yourself if that helps to achieve your goal of selling drinks, hurts it, or has no impact. for example, if a guy shows up at 12:30am and likes a girl, but he's cheap enough to wait until the barfine drops before taking her at 2am, well, now he (and his friends, if they're with him) is going to be in your bar for 90 minutes drinking. how often will this happen? what if it means people don't bother going to your bar until 1:50AM each night, and they drink elsewhere until then? how often will this happen? on the surface, i like the idea of a declining barfine as the night goes on... it makes sense when you consider that technically the barfine is to compensate the bar for not having the BG there, and the later in the night she's barfined, the less time she'll miss from work. it also makes sense in terms of those punters who make deals with BGs to meet them outside the bar 15 minutes after closing to avoid paying a full BF... maybe you'll change their ways. but in practice, if i want to take a girl, i'm not going to wait around. and last week i went to coyotes after the barfines had dropped, and there wasn't anybody left that i'd want to barfine... and the logistics of having multiple prices for barfines are probably a pain in the ass for bar owners/managers. so while i think it's a good thing to do in principle, it doesn't really impact me much and i could understand why the owners wouldn't want to bother with it.

i see i'm not the only fan of the dollhouse service girls. my fav...i think her name is Nui #138... oh what a cutie... and so much cuter in her street clothes. i like the heaven above service girls too. at NEP in BKK, more than 1/2 the time i prefer the service girls to the dancers and hostesses. but like another poster mentioned... i like to see what i'm getting (see them nude first before barfining), so that is 1 issue i often have with service girls, hostesses, and beer bar girls (but i frequently ignore the issue). you were marked from the onset... next time don't use the straw for your Breezer.

why?

my fav in pattaya is "Cosa Nostra" just off soi 7, across from the eagle bar. 2nd fav is Don Joes on walking st near the FLB, but i am 100% sure i got food poisoning there once (was the only thing i'd eaten within 20 hours...). hasn't stopped me from returning. oh, and while we're on the topic of pizza, Limoncello on Suk Soi 11 is my fav in bangkok.
