Hello. Some local knowledge would be appreciated on long term condo renting. I'll be moving to Pattaya from UK later this year. I'll probably just stay in a hotel for the first few weeks and have a good look around for a nice place but some insider info would be good: 1. Jomtein or Pattaya? Does being too close to the action wear you down after a while or does it beat the inconveniance of getting the baht bus in? 2. Can I get a decent 1 bedroom place with pool and gym access for less than B20000? 3. Do most condo blocks have security?
