What's the best way to get money in Thailand? ATM (which american banks have low fees?) Or carry travelers checks? (In the olde days (last year) I'd just overpay the visa and make cash advances for no fee) Anybody know of an asian bank in California which has places for drawal in Thailand?

Songkran water festival sounds great. But a four day water fight doesn’t sound that great. I’d like a day of water fight and then get to someplace quieter. Any suggestions (like chaing mai for a day then head north?) What will it be like in Pattaya?

1. What's best airline to fly? I have $1000 milage credit to use on any airline. I guess higher angle reclining seats (pitch) and footrest would be great. What is singapore premium economy? I don't seem to find it on the website. I'm reading the above posts and I'm not sure their $961 flight is economy or premium. Thanks
