My ex-tgf arranged for me to stay at her brother's hotel (no charge) in Bangers which I thought was called The Riverside. However, it was many years ago and I tend not go to BKK much anymore so little opportunity to check. I'd be grateful if someone could confirm if there still is or was such a place right by the riverside. Quite classy but not really the top end. You could walk outside onto a large ground level verandah where you could take your breakfast and watch the river traffic. Thanks in advance. P.S. I don't think, but not absolutely certain, that it was the Menam or the Montien.
