I dont post alot but im a repeat customer at QV, i cant beliave the attitude you say Vic has given yo,u he has helped me out numerous times wiht changes in bookins at last moment even in highest of of the high season and not billing me for the extra nights and my friends have the similar expirianses. Even if i have offered to pay for the missed nights he hasnt wanted it. Mayby your attitude was wrong to start with or he really couldnt help you out? never seen any problem he couldnt fix in the bar... Well any business will have some unhappy customers i guess...
