Out here again end Feb for golf and I have been offered free the use of a apartment 150sq m,18th floor beach front in Jomtien.All mod cons ect, Now Jomtien is for me a bit out of the way regarding travel, bars, ect.Also , what's the deal with bringing back guests, there is 24 hr security ect,and the place is pretty resident orientated. So do I do the usual and get a hotel in town......or hotel for a few days find a girl and then mov

Hello, I am looking for some help regarding buying and then rental in the Jomtien area.Looking at buying a Condo with a view to rent out. I have visted various sites with agents,of course they say all are excellent for rental.Do any of you guys have experience of rentals.Need to know what is the best size, one or two bedrooms, security,pool ect.I have been told that one bed studio type with pool seem to go well.Also, how easy to rent out,there seems lot of rentals around so is the market saturated.Looking at between 2m to 3mBaht to spend .Would appreciate any input ED

HI; I stayed In the Sofitel Silcom, through Asia rooms, beautiful rooms, nice eating places on site ,small pool but staff excellent would rate it 5 star cost 62US

Hello Gents, In need of some advice, returning again for 3 weeks Dec-Jan,golfing again and trying to find accomadation . Gents lots of places full or expensive,Flipper, Lex ect. I have reduced it down to 2 places. Ma Maison small but looks good and the food should be OK. 1100Baht The other option is the ROYAL TWIN PALACE HOTEL, 1100Baht with their membership card. I have seen all the other reviews so really just need some up to date review if any of you have stayed there. Any help would be appreciated Fasteddy
