I stayed there for a few days this time last year. It was OK, nothing special. The room I had was clean enough, however a small shanty town under my window took away from the scenic aspect. One off putting thing was that it was a bit out of the action, up towards the Carrefour and not on a main road to catch a passing baht bus. There is a taxi and scooter stand just outside the hotel.
