Hi. Am there at the moment. Your pic are of the studios in building B - the one with the pool on the roof. The pics accurately portray the rooms. The rooms are a good size with plenty of room beside the very large bed - king size - and about 2.5 metres from the end of the bed to the cabinets against the wall where the TV is. Plenty of room for me. Very nice battrooms with tub and plenty of hot water. Only things missing are in room safe and it would be nice to have a small table and chair in the room, but there is one on the balcony. They also have 4 or 5 one bedroom appt in the buil

I am in Pattaya at the moment and paying 25bt per unit of water and 5 bt per unit of electricity. I have a large studio room and run the AC whenever I am in the room during the day and all night. I paid around 2000bt for a month for elec and 150bt for water. Note that stories abound about 'inaccurate' meter readings that bump up the bills, so get them to show you the meters and their starting readings. Hope this helps.
