LF Hey thanks for the info , I would definetly do the 1 bedroom , and the location I know well , since I walk to the beach all the time from my Argyle Apts, I normally take Soi 5 , but I"m sure I have walked past these before . My last stay was in April of 2008. I am actually looking far in advance since I won't been in LOS until April 2010 but I like to reserve early to get the best picks. I'm assuming These condo's are GF, and if you can get a email address from them or Pim would greatly appreciated it. Thanks JOKER

Gents I have stayed at 2 condo's on Pratamanak hill before Argyle apartments and another condon on Soi 5 Pratamnak . enjoyed both places but always on the look out for new or different . Both have full kitchens, separate bedroom and living quarters, full AC and internet connection of course GF, I've searched the Dyson estate condo rentals and came across The Moonlight Hill Condo's on Pratamnak hill. Doesn't say where on the hill but looks and has a decent monthly price . anyone heard of this place, or stayed or at least know of it's location ? I budget around 40,000 to 60,000 baht a month for my stay so if anyone knows of another full suited condo in that location let me know . Thanks in advance of any info JOKER

I have already filed choosing option 2 I went back thru my passports and counted the days from February 1,1996 to November 8,2006 a total of 220 days out of the country for me. I filed online on December 6, 2007. I'll post what amount and length of time it took to reach me. JOKER

Cowboy Sad predicament indeed-Good thoughts for you as well as anyone that are living with unknown ailments That's the key word "unknown" We are all living on borrowed time as soon as we leave the womb. From the initial slap on the butt the time clock is ticking. As of today I am a healthy 45 year old. Tomorrow ??? I agree we should all chase our dreams and desires but with disipline . Live for today yes, but make preparations for the tomorrows that may come. How much is too much??? Be it women, money, power etc.,Some have appetites that will never be satisfied. Years ago I started making decisions in my life based on what the 20 year me would do in the future. Example: If I wanted an item would the older me need that item. It worked wonders for me making me realize what I didn't really need but thought I wanted. I am a bid dreamer and planner of life but we all know "Man proposes, God disposes" No I'm not a religious freak just a logical person I hit my lifestyle peak around 4 years ago ..ie no longer need a fast car, big house, the "best looking" women I count my blessing but still live a nice life. Cowboy Cancer is no longer a death sentence my nieghbors prostate cancer of 19 years ago is testimony to that the docs gave him 8 months. Try to keep positive . we will all end our days with the "should of" and "could of" of life. Fight for every moment that your here as all of us should JOKER

I plan on booking a condo in April and saw these buys "DYSON ESTATES" Advertisment they have some good monthly deals on condos . Anyone deal with them in the past ? Good, bad anything? All info appreciated JOKER

Dr Cherry At PattayaSmile Dental Clinic across the road but very near TukCom cell phone place Very good ,prompt, very clean place. Friendly assistance's and good price. I had a 3 tooth crown done there . Once back in the states for a dental cleaning both her and the dentist praised it's quality. Will see her again for any foloow up work I have Joker

Thanks Alan I was there in May and would do my daily walk by these 2 buildings. I read in one report one of the View Talay building share the entrance with the Avalon hotel. You sound pleased if your signing back up . Information very informative and appreciated Joker

Gents Could an owner or renter please explain the difference of View Talay project 1 and 2 and buildingd A or B or C for that matter. I have looked on the map and zoomed in but what is the real difference? Are some buildings newer than other , hence the A,B,C reference? And when is says Pattaya side or Jomtien Side, from the map it looks like there all situated close together. I'm looking to rent a 1 bedroom condo in the Project 2, building A but I wish an owner or a tenant could explain the different buldings and surroundings for me. Thanks Joker

Just Back from LOS .My first experience with Jan and Paul Service and can only say I hope Jan continues after resting . Jan picked me up April 24 .Couldn't provide return trip because I was staying a month. In place and with sign a smooth and enjoyable ride with great conversation. Paul what a class act of woman you have and your daughter Sasha sounds like a gem. Best of luck with new addition . JOKER

Chivas I'm assuming you mean Tops Market for you exchanging money. Since Tops is 24 hours what are the hours for the exchange booth and where is it in the store? I shopped there last year and didn't notice the exchnage place . Thanks for the help Joker

As Scumbag has noted 3 exits 1 for domestic and 2 international B and C . After exiting custom from international and choosing B or C how close now is the greeting party from these exits? At Bkk when you could look left or right you could see your party waiting . Does the same hold true at the new airport? Or does it depend on your airline ie, Plane arriving from USA or UK?? For instance I'll be arriving from NRT ,Japan on Northwest Airlines . Will NW have either B or C for it's departing exit? Anybody with info it will be appreciated Joker

Gents, Thanks for all replies. Pattaya hosp.seems the way to go ,and yes I was given 3 quotes all depending on the quality of crown . Pat. Hosp also returned my email very quickly . As for Dr. Aree yes I have read many great things ,but if she's not available I'll go with the other 3 choices. when it comes to my teeth , you could look like a orge but if your gentle and do good work ,you'll have my repeat business.
