i havent rented an apartment in pattaya but would like to as im now approaching retirement & pattaya is my 1st choice. does anyone have good advice & contact details about whats available out there in the 2 bedroom + aircon range, near to supermarket, within 20 minutes drive from pattaya central, how much, the usual terms of payment, can rent be paid to the landlord away from the premises, consumer protection if things go pear shape, sub leasing & how to go about getting utilities connected? ty in advance.
