  1. There was a discussion at the Pattayaexpatsclub yesterday morning about alternative cheaper ambulance services than the ones from the expensive private hospitals. The Bangkok Pattaya Hospital now charges 7000 baht to pick you up in an ambulance if you ring their 1719 phone number.
