Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

Myself and a mate have booked a couple of rooms at the Annajet Geusthouse. Has anyone stayed there before as this is the first time that we have travelled to Pattaya, and we don't know what we are getting into. We are looking for something around the 400-500 thb mark. all advice greatly appreciated.

This doesnt answer your question as i havnt stayed in the guesthouse. But what i can tell you is the owner Anna is absolutely stunningly beautiful. When i was in Pattaya in October i popped in to the bar with a TG to get out of the rain. It was the TG who spotted her and pointing over my shoulder she said 'lady very beautiful'. I turned to be met with a very warm smile from Anna. She caught my breathe and was speechless for about 10 seconds. Sometimes you get a feel for a place and that night without ever speaking to Anna i left her bar thinking this is a place i would stay.

Looking at Anna every day is worth the 500 baht a night rate by itself IMHO.

Sydneyboy....

I checked out the Annajet rooms when i was looking for apartments. The rooms were not that flash and as already stated they are above a bar in Soi 7 which will be very noisy.

From memory the Air Con units looked a bit dodgy IMHO. Also be sure to get a price on not just the room. I see this place advertised room rates and then electricity and water are extras on top of the quoted prices.

Depending on when you are planning on going and your length of stay I think you could do a lot better.

The Riverview apartments in Soi 4 from memory represent pretty good value.

When are you planning on going? I will be there during March/April if you want a fellow Aussie to give you a few tips on the place. Drop me a private message if you like.

Hope you enjoy your first trip.
