Living in Naklua

Did a search on the forum, but do not find a lot being said about Naklua. Any forum members living there?

I am considering buying a condo in Pattaya/Jomtien area. Is Naklua a good option?

I will be returning to Pattaya in September and I have several hotels in mind. Curious, has anyone stayed at Pattaya Centre Hotel recently. I understand that floors 14 thur 17 are called executive floors and all of the rooms have been renovated. Has anyone stayed in one of these renovated rooms lately. Also what the difference in the standard and the superior room. I would greatly appreciate your views and commentary. Thanks in advance.

I buy the microwaveable stuff out of Tescos. Nice and chewy - just how I like my popcorn.
