best way to BKK from Miami, Florida

I will be relocating to So. Florida soon and was wondering what is the best way to BKK. I was thinking about flying to New York and taking the non-stop in Thai Air. All advice is welcome

Korean, Delta fly from Atlanta through Korea to Bkk. American through Dallas or Chicago partnered with JAL and the usual others through Chicago, Detroit ect.

Yeah might be worth connecting with the direct Thai Air flight.
