Cheap but decent,clean Accom. during peak season

Please let me know if places on Soi Buakhow increase (perhaps double ) their prices during Nov (high season) like most places in Pattaya or are these their year long prices?

Im also assuming these places are guest friendly.

Also, wish to have a/c in room but not sure offered at these prices.

Will appreciate if have Any e-mail or website contacts for advance booking.

I have not seen any double there rates but they have quoted a increases from 50 Baht to 150 Baht per night depending on the Hotel
