Just cut short my first stay at the Pattaya Centre Hotel on Soi 12.

 

Great view from the 17th floor Panorama Suite, but that was not enough to compensate for:

 

No water frequently.

When there was water, no hot water frequently.

Extremely poor elevator service for a hotel with so many rooms.

TV reception was shit.

 

First and last visit here.

Hi, I would agree with your comments and took this hotel off my list about 3 years ago now. The lifts seem to be in constant use and often overloaded.

 

I think the rooms here are poor and the one time I took the stairs as the lifts were taking for ever I noticed that all the fire doors had been wedged in the open position so if there ever is a fire here your chances of surviving it are very low.

It was presumably a refurbished unit which did show signs of upgrade in most areas other than the bath area.

spending that kinda money on a room you should look at mrrobj's TR and see what he gets.
