working in pattaya

At the present time running a small drylining company (partions,suspended ceilings, stud walls etc etc ) do they use these methods in pattaya in the construction of new homes hotels etc etc . just wondering thats all.

house builds over here tend to be poured concrete. They do use suspended ceilings but if you wanted to work here you would have to set up a company and employ thais to do the job unless you wanted to work all day yourself for 200baht per day

make sure you check everything 5 times. Thailand is not a easy place to do business for a falang. Just keep your wits about you.

Thanks for the info mate probely wont bother anyway but it would be interesting to see the way they construct properties and so on. you out there or just holiday all the time.
