Suggestion for Condo/Apt/Home for LT stay

Looking for a long term (at least 1 year) accomodation

 

Retiring this christmas

The TG will live in, i will spend most of my time in LOS

 

Requirements:

Cable tv or satalite

Reliable hi speed internet

Decent pool area for sun tanning time

Close walk to mini mart and a few shops

Moto taxi and or baht bus close

Dont want to need a car

Will get a moto

Large studio ok, but 1 or 2 bedroom ok depending on pricing

 

Prefer smallish places

 

Looking in Jomtien

Want to stay out of Pattaya, because my dick gets stiff too easy

Maybe some of the places away from Beach road and 2nd road?

Still prefer Jomtien, maybe way south?

Would like to be able to walk to the beach

 

I think a list of these places would be helpfull to all

 

and yes, i know the dangers of the TG being in residense

A guy named Barney has about 30 condos in Center Condo (Pattaya South Rd near Walking St) for rent about 10k baht a month or pro rata. His email is bconnolly@photoartreproduction.com

View Talay would seem to fit your needs. I live there in VT2. 2 pools, good laundry, minimart on site, internet no problem (512/256 @ Bt700 per month). Bikes and baht buses just outside, walk to the beach at Jomtien in 10 minutes.

 

Your best bet is to drop by and look at the adverts in the foyer as many agents have unrealistic prices. Loads of information in the local papers as well.
