Jasmine hotel Pattaya (Soi BJ) - Any feedbacks

Hi seniors ,

 

any body stayed in jasmine hotel pattaya ( Soi BJ) ..? any feedback would be appreciated. I am gonna stay there from 1st week of december onwards.

 

Lately started having second thoughts while wondering ...despite cheap rates ...grt location ..its still has vacancy all the time !!

 

any other good hotel recomendation close to WS at around 600-700 BHT will also be appreciated.

I'm staying there right now and all I have to say is that the hotel is WELL worth the price for the night (550 baht). I have a downstairs room so that means I hear the maids around 9am starting to clean up, but other than that, everything is fine.

 

My particular room doesn't have a window looking outside, but I don't care about that (nothing much to look at in Soi BJ anyway). I don't hear any noise from the Soi though.

 

All the people that work here are very nice and professional. The restaurant has a good American breakfast, but I have yet to have any of the Mexican food. The restaurant is run by a HUGE American that calls himself Big Al. He's real down to earth even though he looks like he belongs in the UFC or Pride Fighting Championships!!

 

I WILL be coming back here next time I'm in town a year from now.

I will be staying there myself from the 15dec, have also wondered about the low cost and availability, then said to myself, what do i care lol, im not going to spend much time in a hotel. The location is great and if its noisy, then its a plus, dont really want to go to LOS to sleep.

After spending 12 nights here I still stand by what I posted above. About the only thing I can add is that the beds are a little harder than I would like to sleep on but, this is Thailand...the land of hard beds for good fucking!
