what is the legal age to buy property in thai,

the father being english the mother thai, the child as uk and thai passport,

the question is,would it be possible to buy a property in the childs name,

I believe you can set up a trust in which the property is in the childs name but they will not be able to legally own it until they are of age.

 

Best to speak to a Thai lawyer or farang working for a Thai lawyer.
