East Sea Resort

Can anybody give me the highs and lows of the East Sea Resort? How far is it from the Walking street area, is a baht bus close by or any other help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a really large resort with 3 wings, Paradise is the moste exclusive, about 5 minutes walk to Pattaya-Naklua street and then about 10 minutes with bahtsbus to walking street. also some bars and restaurants on the pattaya-naklua road. Also 5-10 minutes walk to the nice beach of Wong amat.

Would really like to know the true meaning about words like "Designer" and "Boutique" which have slowly crept into the descriptions of Pattaya hotels of late!

As far as I can see simply another adjective in order to gouge even higher more money out of our pockets at a time when Pattaya is absolutely awash with vacant rooms!
