Cheap condo / room / house wanted

I'm looking for a place to dump my stuff and stop having to check in and out of hotels when I am in Pattaya. I can't afford an expensive place as I've go to keep my place on in Bangkok as well.

 

Just looking for a cheapish condo or house. Bedroom aircon, hot water, TV etc.

 

Anyone make and suggestions as the agents I emailed just said they didn't have anything under about 15k which is more than I want to pay.
