any koh phanghan hotel recommendations?

I am thinking of going to a full moon party in Jan. Any recommendations for a place to stay - willing to pay a bit more for something nice.

 

Also, I haven't read any trip reports for koh phanghan so I imagine there isn't much in the way of go-gos or beer bars there - is that right?
