Whats the most times a bar has changed ownership?

Recommended Posts

Soi LK Metro in 2006/7 Place2Bee bar/ guesthouse. When I came back to Patts 9 months later it was called Onestop and had added a beautyshop and laundryroom. I was offered it for sale. The beauty shop was shut and the place didnt make any money. A couple bought it and renamed it The Haven Bar. It didnt last long enough for me to even get to see it as the Haven :D . They have just sold it. So thats four owners in two or three years. The Place2Bee owner couldnt have had it for more than a year either, but I only saw it when I met him.

Many of the bars around it have changed ownership a few times also. Llyodies, Stereo Bar , Storm and others I forget the name of as they change so often.

Anyway, this is relevent to anyone thinking of buying a business in Patts. Just how often do they change ownership? Is it just beerbars/guesthouses or do the cafes and Gogo bars change ownership so often as well?

Had a couple out of the Haven :thumbup  Lovely girls. Not stunners but great performers and absolutely no hastle from them. It was open 24/7 when I was last in Patts (Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb).

Service with a smile even at 5 or 6 in the morning.

Unlike some sweaty gaff just around the corner :clueless

the worst I saw were the bars & restaurants in Chiang Mai alongside the Night Bazaar at the climbing wall

I didn't get around that area often, maybe once in every 6 weeks or so, & often the ownership of bars or restaurants in that area would have changed from my last visit, LOL
