Dedicated to inexpensive, tasty, quality, and friendly dining.

A friend runs a weekly dining group that seeks out the cheap eats. I've tried most of these restaurants and was satisfied with nearly all. Please add any recommendations.

Canton House 6th floor Central Festival Chinese Dim Sum B15 ea.

Elephant Restaurant Soi 4 Pratamnak (opposite the Asia Pattaya Hotel) These are trencherman meals. Large plates, and filled to overflowing. Western, English, Thai, Russian, huge menu many with pictures http://www.pattayamail.com/742/dining.shtml Closed

Big C Food court, Sukimviet South Pattaya Big C near Pattaya Tai Newly remodeled, mostly Thai food but good variety

Aung Kam Northern Style 3rd Road, next to Pattaya Driving Range Inexpensive Northern style Thai (most under B85 ea.)

Enjoy On way to Jomtiem, just past bridge Set Menu B200 plus drink

Café Pitini Soi Boukoua Will do a special 4 choice set menu for us with drink, Italian Ice cream Bad reviews

Tunkee Finnish Rest. Soi Day Night Tukcom Many reasonable different Finnish dishes Closed ????

ANTZ Jomtiem Complex across from View Talay 2 Varied Western and Thai with entertainment each night Can’t find

Central Mall Food Park Basement or level 1 Central Mall Wide variety of food stalls, air con, good value for the money. Hard to spend over B100.

 

Yayoi Japanese 5th Floor Central Mall Set Japanese Menu B99 – B119

Café Uno East Pattaya expect a great meal from a good menu at a price that seems impossibly cheap.

Uncle Bob’s Restaurant Shagwell Mansion Soi Arunothai Extensive Western Menu under B170 and Thai menu. Nice Air-conditioned facilities

5/11 Seaside 2 Soi Chaiyapoon nr. Soi Buakhao Good inexpensive Western and Thai food 4.3

5/18 Boat Bakery 2nd road across from soi 13/4 Least expensive restaurant I found 4.0

5/25 Oh Ah Harn Pattaya Tai @ Soi 12 across Mamasan cooks all meals so be patient. N/A*

6/08 Restaurant Italiano Soi Xzyte nr Continental Bakery Behind St. George & Dragon Extensive inexpensive Italian Menu & Pizza Pasta from B120 Pizza from B170 4.3

6/15 Carrefour Food-court Ground Floor Carrefour, probably best food court in Pattaya, also has Western and Eastern restaurant food available Probably a ideal place to eat fast and cheap. Many Thai restaurants together with Western food available. If you wish to dine on steak, come early and have them cook it upstairs in butcher shop (no charge) and bring downstairs and order a beer or other drink. 4.2

8/17 Dine for B99 Soi Diana in Renascence Hotel Monday is Pasta night, different menu each night, no featuring breakfast 7am to 2pm B99, make own omelet, or pan cakes or French Toast with banana or blueberry toppin. 3.3

8/24 No Farang name Corner Chaiyapoon and 3rd Road across from Tony’s Gym Large menu, mainly Thai, open air, fastest service I’ve found and reasonable prices 3.2
