Condotel info?

Hi,

 

I am interested in the purchase of a small condotel in an area on or close to Central Road and Second Road.

 

I want to use the condotel for perhaps 3 or 4 months of a year.

 

I appreciate your constructive comments on my following questions:

 

1. Can you recommend a real estate expert, preferably American English-speaking, who you have had experience with? (You can PM me this info.)

 

2. Would the real estate expert represent the buyer?

 

3. What pitfalls of owning a condotel would you suggest avoiding?

 

4. Can you recommend a Thai lawyer, who you have had experience with? (You can PM me this info.)

The only true 'condotel' that I'm aware in Pattaya is the White House on Soi 13 off Beach Rd. Prices, when it was built four years ago, started at 4.1M/B.
