I have stayed at Sabai Resort 4 times, not the cheapest hotel in pattaya, but i think one of the best, for me anyway.

I'ts location on second road (next to big C) on the baht bus route.

It has 3 swimming pools in 16 acres of tropical grouds, no noise at all, just the odd birds singing, anyone wanting the quiet life it is pefect, plenty of spare sun beds round all pools as well.

I stayed in a villa B room 1,450 baht per night,to get the best price email them direct, they have a good web site

www.sabairesort.co.th/

Email-sabairesort@csloxinfo.com

They are very girl friendly,no charge for second girl.tea & coffee making in room, also have in room safe ( a must )

cable tv with lots of channels movies ect.

Photo's to follow.

I'm with you on this one surry, always my preferred place to stay when in Pattaya. I like this end of town.

Treated us to the Ruen Thai Bungalows earlier this year. Always recommend this place to people.

Breakfast is reasonable as well IMHO.
