I haven't figured out how to....

change the font color.  I see the colors just above but it either deletes part of my message or does nothing.  Maybe this will work.

what you do is click the colr you want, then type your message in between the brackets.

 

The =Red is the start and the /color is the finish.  Just put your message in between the ] and [.
