BKK Business Inn Hotel Help

I have heard it is a girl friendly hotel (the business inn on Soi 11 off of Suk.) in BKK, and it is a cheap one at that (around 600 baht/night).  I don't need a fancy place to stay at, but I would like anyone's input on what they think of this hotel.

I have never stayed in this hotel.  Only walked past it a few times while staying elsewhere on sol 11.

 

Looking from outside, this hotel did not look good.

One morning about 4AM I ate breakfast in their coffee shop.  The hotel itself was dark and dreary looking, but I suppose it would do if you're looking for a bargain and like the location.
