Marine Yensabi Mansion vs.  Sandy Spring

Recommended Posts

OK when in Pattaya I like to stay in a different hotel every time.  from reading the accommodation section for the past couple of months I've narrowed my selection down to 2 hotels The Sandy Spring and Marine Yensabi Mansion.  I've had both a BG and friend look at each place and both seem to agree that for the money (700 baht marine vs. 850 Sandy Spring)  that the marine has bigger and nicer rooms for the price.  Although the location of Sandy seems to be a little better.  OK the question does anyone have any first hand knowledge and /or pictures of Marine yensabi rooms?  yes I've read the 1 review.   Also the main thing I'm concerned with is the "multiple joiner charge"  1 girl is free but i have to pay if i bring up more.  I have yet to encounter that at a Pattaya hotel and want to keep it that way.

Thank you all in advance.

I'm the one who posted the Marine review.  I like the Marine because of its close location to Walking St, go-go girls have no problem walking the short distance.  The rooms are nice, have a table and 2 chairs to eat on, large refrigerator, large balcony with a view of the bay, no chairs outside so you have to drag the ones from inside out.  Large bed for you and 3 BG's if you desire.  This place just opened in January so everything is pretty fresh.  The only negative is no pool.  I don't know about any charges for a 2nd girl because 1 is plenty for me.

So far so good thanks for the info Emil.  A couple other questions.  Is there room service?  What about phone lines in for?  And  is there cable tv in each room?

When I was last there, June 2nd, the restaurant was not open because they where waiting for the tables and chairs to be delivered.  The front desk told me room service was available and I do believe seeing some trays sitting out in the hallways, but I never did try room service.  Nice size TV's in rooms with many channels although only around a dozen or so in English.  Telephones in room but I never did use it to dial outside and I don't have a computer so I don't know if you can use one in your room.
