Villa wanted for rent July.

I have some friends coming to Pattaya/Jomtien in July for one month. They are a married couple aged around 60 yrs. NOT mongers. Very responsible and nice people. They have asked me to look for a villa with 2 or 3 bedrooms and private pool to rent for the month of July. I would think that Pratumnak area would be best for them. They come to Thailand on holiday every year so they know the score. Willing to pay good money for a nice villa. Please PM me with any offers. Thank you.
