Any info on the above new hotel. Near Jomtien  in Tappraya Road. How far/time to FLB?

Yes stayed there only last month, good value, great 'english' breakfast if you can get up b4 11am, english owner.

It takes about 3mins by baht bus to get to the soi that cuts on to walking st just by the FLB and 2 mins to walk the rest of the way if you don't get distracted!!
