Was it really a gift?They do have sales tax here in LOS so one has to think imported goods should be taxed. We expats do quite well living here as far as tax liability goes.

I used to think so when it cost me £500... These days it seems to be around £1200 and is rather inferior to the competition.... Plus an economy class hop to Amsterdam..... I have taken to paying more and using Qatar in Biz which is very good.
