My son was born in bumrungrad in 1982,fantastic service I thought at the time. I have read of the recent experiences of patients there and i think that you could not go wrong with them. I had my appendix out in 1980 at another bangkok hospital which we called the heroin general as it was built by a heroin general,it was a multi story ediface on sukumvit road. The thais are good at the medical stuff.

As an old hand i would say that march/april is bloody hot,the wet season is great except for october when it usually rains like fuck.November/december is perfect apart from too many bloody tourists.

I stayed there for two nights about a fortnight ago. It is a shitbox,musty room,ugly decrepit bathroom. Why would anyone stay there apart from the location and that carpark. However I found nice pickings were scarce in the carpark as well. Stay anywhere else but the nana.

I am taking the ex to pattaya in december for the major dental work so I had alook at the places opposite the hosptial down near the big C. I found a good looking place that is 15000 baht a month in december. It was towards the beach from bella villa cabana.

The Lek Hotel had the huge room for 1600 baht with the quality safe.I like having the balcony,duay....

Areca lodge sounded good but I loved the Lek Hotel. Huge room,beautiful hong narm,nice pool and girl friendly.THis hotel was full last week,that says it all.

You definitely cheap charlie and butterfwy duay...

I was in pattaya last week after a 13 hour bus trip from snooky via koh kong. I stayed at the lek hotel opposite the dynasty in soi 13. Great location,huge room,nice bathroom,excellent pool-1600 baht. How cheap is that amd of course girl friendly too. email is Lek_Hotel@Hotmail.com
