  1. I was checking out Pattayarooms.com annd got this msg saying, A run time error has occured. Do you wish to debug? Line 169 Error Permission denied. Can anyone tell me what this means ????? Thanks Colin
  2. Is June /July considered to be the low season for thailand in general?,,Although i have just walked into hotels in the past with out booking a room,,i thought this time i would book on line, save me the hassle of wondering around the town looking for a place to sleep at 2am. Should i book for june/july or just walk in and negotiate,as i will be staying 16 days,i have got a qoate from Flipper lodge 770 bht a night /sea view,,could i get cheaper by just walking in???? I have stayed there before,i like the place, not far from anything, and no noisy discos out side.
  3. thats a common occurance in Bk now,pay everything up front and off you go,i refuse to do that,i would rather give the money to the girl my self, and let myself be the judge of what i should pay her.
  4. Hi Pete Couldnt figure out where to post this,I am dumping my present ISP,so have to change email address, just wanted to let you know,in case,my email change stuffs me up and cannot log in ,yes i know where to change it , No problems with that? Colin
  5. i know nothing of the agency either, but best bet is to find a BG who speaks fairly good english if you want to bring one to OZ,i think for a student visa they have to be fairly young,in thier 20,s i guess(i am in melbourne, will be in pattaya around July4-9th)getting them a passport is easy, getting the visa is not so easy,, thats what i will be trying to do on this trip. I will see how it goes Colin
  6. Thanks Steve, I will also be at Rex for the first week of july too, only reason i am staying at Rex is the office girl lives in the area, then heading off to pattaya after i see how it goes with the office girl,, but not so keen on seeing the TG i have been with on my last 2 trips,, turns out she likes to be a spoilt brat LOL. Colin
  7. Glad you found the place ok,its not bad at all realy, just wondering why its not listed in the forums hotel listings, maybe i should add it on, Colin
  8. Try Diamond Beach hotel its right in the heart of walking street, step out the front foyer and go gos right in front of you,its not noisy in the rooms, has 2 pools,is clean, not sure about room safes in some rooms,i used the safty deposit boxs,i have stayed there several times now, its guest friendly, just an id check is all ,its on Soi17 runs right off walking street,i got one of the cheaper rooms 800 a night, not sure about the luxury ones though, thier email address is pretty much useless, try ehotelbookings, they can give you a price Colin
  9. Has anyone stayed at the Rex hotel, in BK,its on the Sukhumvit rd ,just wondering what thier guest policy is, as i am meeting up with an office girl,, also is ther any go go bars in the immidiate area? or do i have to head up nana plaza way?
  10. Diamond Beach hotel is not bad at all,in fact i have booked in again for 26th March.i was there 5 weeks ago and i have no complaints.TG,s have thier ID taken off them when they go to your room, and if you have a regular TG they will eventualy just let her go to your room without ID being handed in, so long as she is with you.I have booked on line this time for 800 Bht a night including B/fast, you dont realy get that much noise from the go go,s.Give it a go. Just a stroll back from Walking St when you are half blind. Colin
  11. Any one getting in to BK A/port 26th March around 11 am?, want to share a cab to Pattaya Just email me, and lets work it out. Colin
  12. Having decided to make a trip to LOS at short notice,i didnt book a room and got to Pattaya at 3 am and found a hotel called Day-Night so crashed there for 2 nights till i got my bearings, it was a dump and too far from the action, and they wanted 900 bht a night for the remainder of chinese new year,so went walkabout and found the diamond beach hotel right in the heart of South Pattaya just off walking street for 650 a night, A/C room service ect,it was great, well mantained, guest friendly and quite too,I readialy recommend it to anyone.
