When i was booking a room at Diana Inn the also had a to pay a deposit of 1000 bath if i remeber correctly, but this is the only hotle i have experienced that with in Pattaya. It is quite custom for hotels in the US i think to pay a deposit, hotels do this to guard themself from "no show" guests.

Okey, then we are two menbers that works in a normal weekday to earn som money for a well earned vacation. I too will be in Pattaya in November, leaves from Bergen Norway the 3th of November and staying 4 weeks in LOS ;D Chico is then mabye back in his homecountry and longing back to pattaya

The only airline i know of that allows smoking is Aeroflot. But i do not know if they have flights from the West Coast of Us :-*
