On my next trip I'll want to leave for the airport at 4:00am. Are those taxi kiosks along 2nd Road manned 24/7? I'm afraid of having a pre-booked taxi not showing up and would want somebody who could make a call.

I stayed at their sister hotel The Admiral Lord Nelson which has the same setup. If you have an early flight I recommend you check out the night before. I had to get the guard to wake up a hotel clerk at her home and there were some anxious moments.
