  1. If I had more money I would stay in the best, why not? I have to go budget or I don't go, but I don't begrudge the best to those that can afford it. My hope (even now) is that some day I will be able to afford the high roller accomodations. Until then I am in the less than 1000 baht per night places. As long as we all enjoy ourselves who cares who stays where?

I agree with this conclusion, but mostly because I don't want to work up a sweat walking in the Pattaya heat and humidity. I was in Pattaya in September and had planned on doing a lot of walking because the distances are not that great, but it was too hot for me to do a lot of walking. I'm fat and out of shape but I sweat buckets even when I am in shape (at least as far as I can remember). Pattaya is not large,
