I'm looking to stay at some place slightly more upmarket this trip. I have been looking at Tim's Botique and LK Metrople. My biggest concerns are location, swimming pool, and jacuzzi in room. I know where LK is located, but I can't quite recall where Tim's is. I'm also not sure about their swimming pools. I like to relax by the pool during the afternoon. I also really wanna take a jacuzzi bath with a hot T.G.! What do you guys think? Please advise. Thanks!

What other hotels offer jacuzzi rooms? I am aware of the Queen Vic, Galaxy Suites, Penthouse Hotel, and ..... Thanks for your advice.

Haha...thanks, Matey! I've stayed there before too! You're absolutely correct about it being good value and the location is also good. However, I prefer soi 13, which is slightly more expensive, but I believe worth it. The Inn House is also supposed to have in-room safes which make me feel good. I had a problem bringing back more than one girl at Opey. That is another reason why I hesitate going back there. Aside from that, I highly recommend the Opey.

Has anybody stayed at the Inn House on Soi 13? I've walked past it numerous times and it looks alright. I usually stay at Ma Maison, but i want a change and i think they're bookedfor Christmas. I also have a reservation at the Dynasty, but it is ridulously overpriced. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Anyway, regarding Mr. T: I used his him in February and everything was lovely. Only problem came on my end becasue my cell wouldn't work, but went to the info. desk and they phoned him. Found my driver seconds later wandering around with my name on a card. Would highly advise using this cat, if 'ya want to pre-book with a taxi. See ya'll in 21 days!

Just wanted to add a tiny more bit of info: I emailed the Eastiny, but they only gave me 1400 baht as how much it would cost to stay, in what I'm assuming is a standard room. Oh well, I might check it out before i head to my reservation at Opey.

Single digits: 9 days

12 days: 6 work days , 6 off days !!! Checkin' into the Opey de Place between 4-6 on Wednesday, February 6th and I cannot wait...If anybody wants to go bar hoppin', meet for drinks and mongering...just let me know:)

Has anybody stayed at the Opey de Place? I have reservations there in a couple weeks. I've never stayed in this area. On my previous two trips, I stayed at the Penthouse and Chaplin's Guesthouse. Any information pertaining to location, convenience, cleanliness, quaility, etc. would be greatly appreciated...thanks :)
