Any hotels have no complain ?? If I said that I have 100 customers but 3 complainers. What would you say ?? It's not use to ask some good customers to write support my place. HOwever, if you are curious about it. I can do very easy. For someone who don't know or never visited my place.Please zip your mouth. YOu can say something that you are in the situation. I would say I tell you the truth. I can not control the tenants who invite some guests (bar girls,boys) from outside. The theif who stole his stuffs was a stranger from someone rooms for sure. Problem was I didn't have the guests that I mention personnel detail. Then,I put the warning sign in the apartment that everyone should be careful to let the strangers in and out with you. Normally, I have Key card system to protect strangers who are not living in my place to get in.

Thank you people who understand me. I felt suffer from his complained enough. It didn't mean that I would these bad things happened in my place. Thank you indeed. I feel better to work and stand on my own business.

Well, I think in his case, I tried to do my best. We were new to run 2 month business. I did sorry for him many times and gave him more securities. Now,we change the camara position. The rooms are only 9 rooms here with key card system. Just only the guests who are brought from outside that I don't have their detail. I think I am a business man here. Sorry, but I can explain that one of my guest opened the window in his room all day long without being inside his room. I don't know what to say. Just explain that we are apartments ,not a hotel. Guests should lock and close everything door and windows before they are going out. Then, it's safe for your stuffs. It's only one guest who was unlucky. I don't know how to say but there are many guests who have no problem. Also, that's guest took the girl outside to his room before this situation happened.
