Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

I haven't stayed in the Vic, but I did eat there a few times while I was enjoying my time in Pattaya in Feb. The all day breakfast was pretty darn good >8=).
